put it over
I´m studying International Business Management at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. In Schöneberg.
Before, I made my Abitur at the Gerhard Hauptmann Gymnasium. In Friedrichshagen.
So why does that matter?
Well, I live in Prenzlauer Berg. And both, Schnöneberg and Friedrichshagen, are quiet distant to where I live, which, in the past, made me quiet dependent on the Berlin public transportation. That sucked. You sit and wait and wait and wait, or run and jump to get the train, and in the end you get squeezed in between a bunch of people to breath some air which is of such a good quality, it almost knocks you down!
Luckily, I fell in love with my bike. That was years ago. A mind shaking experience ripped it out of my life again. But that´s ok. I´ve learned and had a few since… And now I finally found IT. I mean THE bike.
However, point is, since then I have hardly ever used the BVG again. I was able to reduce my BVG consumption to a minimum and feel much healthier now.
But yet, stuff is happening there and everytime I do use it, there are many people that I come to think about. While “get out of my way, tourist!” is my most frequently used thought when riding my bike, in the trains and busses I can watch and think about all kinds of people who live in Berlin. Yet, “get out of my way, tourist” sometimes finds another appropriate use here as well.
